Day Seven

Today was my last day without my neurostimulator turned on.  Well, all I can say is thank goodness I made it through the week!  I spent most of it unable to fall asleep - about 60 hours of insomnia.  Yesterday I fell asleep around 10:30 a.m. and didn't wake up until around the same time this morning.  I was past tired.  I was able to make dinner and supervise the kids doing some of their chores.  I'm getting tight around my left cervical area which flares up a lot when I'm over tired.  But in a few minutes I get to turn my life saver back on and hopefully the new week will bring a much better outcome.  Like I hoped, keeping it off for a week showed how I lacked any quality of life and how much it affected my personal life and what I had hoped to accomplish.  Now let's see how much more I can do in the next seven days!
